Deposit Information
As refered to below, a deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Deposit is 50% of total booking or first nights stay whichever is greater.
Deposit must be either credit card details or cheque. Credit cards are the quickest method.
Details required by STAFF
- Full name on card
- Cardholder address
- Cardholder phone #
- Card number
- Expiry date
Cancellations & Refunds:
4 weeks or more prior to arrival, deposit is refundable or transferable.
14 days or Less from booking date, booking can be transferred. Deposit is non-refundable unless rooms are resold.
7 days prior to arrival bookings may be cancelled, deposit is non-refundable and booking may incur full charge. (Minimum first night charge,

Transfers
Transfers are only valid for the year of booking, if original booking was a discount or package deal seasonal conditions may restrict transfers. Additional charges may apply.
Website bookings
Travel websites and affiliate providers - if you book from a online website or travel site there will be no option for transfers, refunds or and the cancellation will result in full payment as per the booking. You are advised to confirm your online booking by calling us or email. We take no responsibility for incorrect or errors in the listings on these websites. |
